FiveVita offers Cash On Delivery in eligible service areas. When COD is available
for your destination, no advance online payment is required. Place your order,
confirm your delivery details and pay the courier when your parcel arrives.

Three Simple Steps

1. Place Your Order

Choose your FiveVita products and enter a complete delivery address, an active
phone number and any information required by the local courier.

Select Cash On Delivery during checkout when the option is available.


2. Confirm Your Delivery Details

FiveVita or our delivery partner may contact you by phone, SMS or WhatsApp to
confirm your order, address and estimated delivery window.

Please respond promptly so that your order can be prepared and dispatched.


3. Receive, Check and Pay

When the parcel arrives, check the outer parcel and product information as
permitted by the local courier. Pay the courier using the payment method confirmed
for your destination.

Can I Check the Goods Before Paying?

Parcel-inspection rules depend on the courier and delivery destination.

Some couriers may allow you to check the outer parcel, product name, quantity and
visible package condition before payment. Other couriers may not allow a parcel
to be opened until payment has been completed.

The inspection rule for your order will be confirmed before delivery. Please do
not open sealed personal-care products or tea packages unless the courier and
FiveVita have confirmed that this is permitted.

“Check before payment” does not always mean that sealed products can be opened.
Inspection permissions vary by courier.

Where Is Cash On Delivery Available?

Cash On Delivery is available only in eligible service areas. Availability may
depend on your country, city, postal code, order value and the courier serving
your address.

Worldwide shipping does not mean that COD is available in every country.

Select your destination during checkout or contact FiveVita before ordering to
confirm whether COD is available for your address.

Does Cash On Delivery Cost Extra?

FiveVita does not charge an additional COD service fee for eligible orders.
Standard shipping charges, taxes or import charges may still apply depending on
the destination.

How Can I Pay the Courier?
The payment methods available at delivery depend on the local courier. Depending
on your destination, the courier may accept cash, card, bank transfer or another
approved local payment method.

Please use only the payment method confirmed in your order or delivery message.
Do not transfer money to an unverified personal account.

Do I need to pay online in advance?

Is COD available worldwide?

No. FiveVita may ship to supported destinations worldwide, but COD is available
only in eligible service areas.


Can I open the product before paying?

This depends on the courier. Some couriers allow only an outer parcel inspection.
Sealed personal-care products and tea should not be opened unless permission has
been confirmed.

Will somebody contact me after I place an order?

FiveVita or the delivery partner may contact you to confirm your phone number,
address, order details and delivery window.


Can the amount due at delivery change?

The product total and any known FiveVita shipping or COD charges should be shown
or confirmed before dispatch. Customs duties or import charges may be collected
separately where applicable.
